Request for Proposals Columbia Gorge Community College is seeking Architectural and Engineering Services for renovation of its Health and Sciences Simulation Lab. Project comprises interior renovation to part of an existing building on The Dalles Campus. Renovation includes selective demolition and replacement of existing walls, ceilings, floors and casework that will be replaced with new interior construction. Selected proposer will provide bid-ready documents including plans, specifications, contract and cost estimate for procurement of project construction phase, and related specified services. The College reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or to waive any specification or requirement when determined to be in the best interest of the College. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
