Renovation of a municipal facility in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The replacement of boiler tubes in existing Cleaver Brooks Boilers (Boilers #1 and #4) located at the Worcester Trial Court, due to age and condition. Worcester Trial Court located at 225 Main Street in Worcester. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC). 5% Bind Bond Required Project Description and Scope: The scope includes, without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to re-tube Boilers #1 and #4, as specified. Remove & replace existing tubes with OEM tubes, as specified. Pressure test and make ready unit for seasonal operation. All workers must pass a Trial Court CORI check. The Contractor may use facility water and electricity.
