The County is soliciting sealed proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as "Proposer") to provide professional environmental, traffic, and transportation design services for the United States Highway 50 (US 50) / Latrobe Road / El Dorado Hills Boulevard Interchange Improvements Phase 2B Project #71323/36104001 (hereinafter referred to as "Project"), as required for the County's Department of Transportation. Firms must have and demonstrate their knowledge of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) environmental, traffic, and highway design policies and procedures. Firms must also have experience with Caltrans Local Assistance procedures for projects with federal and state funding.
