Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Linden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

LINDEN CITY HALL PARKING STRUCTURE REHABILITATION - PHASE 3 - The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes concrete surface repair of various types, concrete sidewalk replacement, elastomeric overlay, joint seal replacement and existing drainage replacement as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked LINDEN CITY HALL PARKING STRUCTURE REHABILITATION - PHASE 3 and bearing the name and address of the bidder on outside; addressed to the Purchasing Agent, City of Linden, City Hall, 301 N. Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036, and be accompanied by a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the City of Linden, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid to secure performance. In person drop-off shall be through appointment only by calling 908-474-8444 (Purchasing) or 908-474-8470 (Engineering). ALL BIDDERS shall conform to the intention and provisions of Affirmative Action in Public Contracts Laws of State of New Jersey R.S. 10:2-1 of 7/23/75, Assembly Bill No. 2227. BIDDERS are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. BIDDERS are also required to comply with other provisions of Law including, but not limited to, the requirements of: * N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, c.33, Disclosure of Ownership) * N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (P.L. 2004, c. 57, Business Registration) * N.J.S.A. 34.11-56.25, et seq.
