A new solicitation may be issued at a future date.** Pima County is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of historic Curley Gymnasium building, located at 341 W. Esperanza Ave., Ajo, AZ 83521. Work includes new HVAC system, lighting, and fire sprinkler for entire building. Painting and patching of historic gymnasium space. Gut and rework of former shower area into bathrooms, storage and offices.
