The overall project consists of a new pre-engineered vault for new electrical equipment. The overall project consists of constructing a new pre-engineered vault for new electrical equipment. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new airfield vault, fire alarm system, lighting, electrical, air conditioning, new L854 Pilot Radio Lighting Control System, and new rotating beacon. Bid Intent Not Available Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Federally Funded - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bid Bond - 5 % - Performance Bond - 100 % - Payment Bond - 100 % Estimated cost for the project is between $325,000.00 - $375,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 90 calendar days from the date Notice to Proceed is issued. All bidders will be subject to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and reporting. Please review these requirements carefully.
