This project may be funded partially or entirely by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG). Participation Requirements - Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Federally Funded - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Estimated cost for the project is between $600,000.00 - $700,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 90 working days from the date the Secondary Notice to Proceed is issued. All long-lead items shall be ordered within 20 working days from the date the Conditional Notice to Proceed is issued. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
