Items under this contract may include, but are not limited to: - General Miscellaneous Parts, Tools, Equipment, Supplies & Material; - Brass items; - Water Coolers, Fountains & Associated Parts; - Bubblers; - Water Heaters & Associated Parts; - Toilet Seats; - PVC Pipes (various sizes); - Toilets and Sinks; - PVC Valves (various sizes); - Faucets; - PVC Fittings (various sizes); - Classroom Sinks; - Faucets & Associated Parts; - Sloan Valve & Parts; - Galvanized Items (Pipe & Fittings); - Gate Valves; - Copper Items (Pipe Fittings, etc.); - Check Valves; - General Plumbing Parts; - CPVC Fittings & Pipes; - Urinals; - Mechanical Joint Couplings. Questions Deadline Date January 5, 2023 - 4:00 PM ET Direct all questions pertaining to this solicitation using the portal The Contract Period shall commence upon contract award, and end two (2) years from date of award. However, this bid shall be subject to a review at the end of each twelve (12) month period from the date of award and subject to cancellation. This contract will be extended ninety (90) days beyond the contract expiration date, if needed, to allow for the Board approval of any/all renewals. The awarded vendor(s) agree to this condition by signing their bid. The awardee(s) will be notified by the Purchasing Department when this recommendation has been acted upon.
