Site work for a mixed-use development in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The successful Proponent will be completing the supply and installation of a Water Park including Splash Pad and Playground at the Community Park on Tatpoos Road, KFN. Scope of Work The Scope of Work for the KFN Waterpark and Playground Project includes: 1. the design, supply and installation of a new splash pad and all toys, pumps, controls, valves, timers, and pipes required for the new splash pad; 2. the design, supply and installation of a new playground space including all toys, apparatus, rubberized surface, and concrete edging; 3. The design build proponent will also be responsible for all utility connections to KFN’s infrastructure, which will be provided by KFN to within 1 m of the splash pad. 4. KFN will prepare the proposed site to underside of final surfacing; 5. All landscape restoration around the perimeter of the proposed site will be completed by others upon completion of the proponent’s work.
