There will be no pre-bid meeting or site visit held for this solicitationThe Town of Davie is accepting informal bids for a quarterly preventative maintenance for the Pine Island Fitness Center located at 3800 SW 92 Ave., Davie, FL 33328. The Contract would also include as-needed repairs and re-upholstery or fitness equipment.If the Seller has questions regarding the application of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, to the Sellers duty to provide public records relating to this contract, contact the custodian of public records at 954-797- 1000, Evelyn_Roig@DavieFL.gov, 8800 SW 36th Street, Davie, FL 33328. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.The location listed in this bid document is open to the public Monday - Friday 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. It is incumbent upon the contractor to visit the site location to obtain a comprehensive understanding of site location conditions and assume all risks as to the character and nature of the work to be completed, prior to bidding.
