Site work and paving for a road / highway in Battle Ground, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of developing a final design from WSDOT approved Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) documentation of a multi-lane round-a-bout, improved street lighting, ADA Ramps, Rectangular rapid Flashing Beacons, and crosswalk improvements to improve safety and traffic flow. This project has received federal funding through an STBG Surface Transportation Block Grant. The City anticipates that the consultants work will start as soon as contracts are awarded. If schedule allows, the City would like to put the design out to bid for construction in the first quarter of 2027. This project has an assigned DBE Agreement goal of thirteen percent (13%) mandatory for consultants on this project.
