As of 12/22/2022 They are assuming the cost will be greater than $50,000 Duval County is seeking responses to this RFP for providing and installing IP Video Cameras in 4 civic centers and JP Offices in accordance with the requirements specified below. if any questions LOCATIONS Civic Centers and JP Offices are located in San Diego, Freer, Benavides and Concepcion. Cameras should be located outside to cover points of ingress and egress and expensive equipment, including air conditioning equipment, and inside to cover all common areas, including the main hall, corridors and entrance hallways, but excluding administration offices. JP 4 in Freer and JP3 in Benavides are located in the respective civic centers. JP1 and JP2 are both located in San Diego, but not in the Civic Centers. Each Civic Center will need 10 cameras, except Realitos which will be 6 cameras only, each JP will require 2 cameras, but on same NVR if collocated in Civic Center. The two JPs in San Diego will be connected to one 16 channel NVR located in the courthouse. SYSTEM The camera systems should include only IP Cameras of 4 K resolution or higher. No PTZ functionality is required. Dome cameras may be used for indoor locations and Bullet cameras will be required for outdoor locations. All cameras should have IR capability. NVR s for the cameras for each site will be located on the site in the site administrator's office. Cameras will be hardwired to the NVR. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT The system will have an integrated software management system that can interrogate all associated NVR s to provide a fast and efficient way of searching for alarmed events. Alarms should push video information for alarmed area to a central management display monitor. Alarms should include people detection outside specified hours or push button for use during working hours. NETWORK LOADING The objective for using push technology is to use the network outside each civic center to transmit only alarmed video rather than all video in order to minimize network loading, and to automatically display at the Integrated Management site, only alarmed video feeds as and when they occur. NETWORK CONNECTIONS Freer and Concepcion locations are currently on Foremost and VTX (Valley Telephone) networks but all other locations, except Realitos, are on the county network. Freer and Concepcion will be moved to the county network in the future. Realitos has no network connection today but will be on a wireless link to Benavides in the near future.
