Renovation of a municipal facility in San Diego, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Scope of Work: 1. Re-Roof Entire Building 2. Remove entire roof plywood decking which was installed improperly. 3. Install new 2"x 8" fascia board to strengthen overhang areas of roof area. 4. Install new 7 /16 OSB plywood decking with hurricane clips over existing rafters. 5. Install a new underlayment over new plywood decking. 6. Install new lx4 wood stripping over underlayment. 7. Install a new 26-gauge r-panel metal roof system with self-drilling screws over lx4 wood stripping. Install new gutters and downspouts.
