Furnish all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, and other means of construction, and for the bid price listed, install the items herein described in strict accordance with the requirement of the current Michigan Department of Transportation specifications and/or the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Michigan Department of State Highways and in accordance with Standard Plan Series and special detail. Bids must apply and be held for a period of (12) months from the bid date. This agreement may be extended for a longer time with mutual agreement by both parties.
