Boomer Road Stillwater, OK 74078 405-744-5984 (phone) 405-744-5187 (fax) don.watts@okstate.edu All inquiries during the bid and evaluation process must be directed to the Buyer of Record, The Office of Central Procurement for the OSU and A&M Systems, by phone at 405-744-5984, fax 405-744-5187, email purchase@okstate.edu, or if you are responding to an online solicitation please use the associated Question and Answer Board The Office of Central Procurement for Oklahoma State University and the A&M Systems, on behalf of the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges, hereinafter, called the Owner, will receive bids for the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for OSU Colvin Outdoor Pool Repairs described in the Specifications, per the General Conditions and Solicitation for Bids on the campus of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater OK. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically during the time-period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount and form set out in the contract documents. Security shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly directed to the statutory requirements, Certificate of Compliance with Executive Order 11246 (as amended), and certificate concerning, non-collusion, and business relationship provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of opening thereof. Question Deadline 01/04/2023 at 5:00 PM CT a. It is desired that all work within this scope be completed by no later than May 1, 2023 b. Refer to the attached drawings for work areas and details. c. Lower pool & Lazy river area to be Hydro blast complete d. Lower Pool & lazy river area install new diamond brite blue quartz e. Repair concrete and tile at the indicated areas on the color map. f. New concrete and tile to closely match existing areas. g. Areas indicated in yellow on the photos to receive repairs for safety reasons. h. Maintain existing finishes to avoid replacement. i. Replace all valves inside surge pit. j. Labor and materials to remove and replace butterfly valves. k. Maintain all OSU guidelines and safety procedures as required by EHS and OSHA. l. Maintain Silica control plans until job completion. Project awarded to----Plaster Holdings LLC
