Renovation of an educational facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
UHH - Hale Kauanoe Reflooring The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, removal of existing tile, carpet, and floor base; installation of new tile, carpet, and floor base; HAZMAT abatement; disconnection of water and drain lines from existing sinks and equipment may be required for relocation and miscellaneous related work In accordance with Section 103D-323, Hawaii Revised Statutes, this proposal is accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total amount proposed. The Bidder shall use the attached Surety Bid Bond form. If the Bidder elects to use other acceptable forms of security listed in Section 2.8 of the General Provisions, the Bidder shall deposit the bid security with the Facilities Business Office prior to the bid due date. Start of Service Date: 05/01/2023 End of Service Date: 07/31/2023 The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is 4:00 p.m. (HST) on February 28, 2023. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS Questions and Answers section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum
