Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Santa Clara, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside Santa Clara Canyon View Park BMX Parking Lot Project The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to construct approximately 80,000 square feet of paved parking lot, trail, and access road; grading and drainage improvements; sidewalk; and landscaping. Technical questions regarding the Project shall be directed to Jared Bates, PE, Project Engineer, Rosenberg Associates, 352 East River Drive, Suite A-2, St. George, Utah, 84790, (435) 673-8586 jaredb@racivil.com. A 100% performance, labor and materials bond will be required on this project. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming Santa Clara City as Owner. Bonds must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to Santa Clara City. Santa Clara City reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid, in the interest of the Owner. Completion Date: 90 Calendar Days
