Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Santa Clara, Utah. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of September 25, 2024 project was awarded to Feller Enterprises, awarded amount is $396,017.40. The Bid includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services to install a prefabricated maintenance building (furnished by owner), including construction of footings, building slab, and floor drains. The bid also includes installation of a concrete drive approach, sidewalk, removal and placement of asphalt adjacent to the building. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming Santa Clara City as Owner. A 100% performance, labor and materials bond will be required on this project.
