The Bid Includes Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Transportation, And Services To Improve 1,417 Linear Feet Of Vineyard Drive, Including Construction Of Approximately 50,000 Square Feet Of New Asphalt Roadway With Curb, Gutter, And Sidewalk, Replacement Of Existing Driveways, And Storm Drain Improvements. A 100% Performance, Labor And Materials Bond Will Be Required On This Project. Every Bid Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond In The Amount Of 5% Of The Bid, Naming Santa Clara City As Owner. Bonds Must Be Issued By A Surety Company Licensed To Do Business In The State Of Utah And Be On A Bond Form Acceptable To Santa Clara City. Santa Clara City Reserves The Right To Reject Any, Or All Bids, Or To Waive Any Formality Or Technicality In Any Bid, In The Interest Of The Owner.
