Renovation of an educational facility in Deshler, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Two existing hot water heating air handling units (AHU) with full economizers currently feed the existing gymnasium, these two units are to be removed entirely. The existing louvers feeding the two existing AHUs are to be capped and abandoned in place. Two new 20-ton roof top units (RTU) will be installed on the roof next to the stage to properly condition the gym. The supply and return ductwork from the new RTUs shall enter the building through two existing windows. New gas piping shall be piped to the new RTUs along with electrical connections. If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply. Use the place order link in the top right to order bid documents.
