As of February 15, 2023, no bids were received. The main components of the Audio Equipment Replacement are detailed below. Vendors responding to this solicitation should be prepared to provide each component, and add any additional components deemed necessary to successfully complete the project. Vendors responding will also be responsible for providing any permits, plans, engineering or inspections required for the proper removal and installation of equipment. Remove and dispose of (5) 3-Horn Cluster of Renkus Heinz CDT420/44. This may include the locating and removal of existing Power, Audio Communication, and Amplifiers. Supply and Install new Audio System from high-quality name-brand supplier. Equipment to include speakers, amps, subwoofers, etc. Audio System must evenly distribute clear audio (specifically, spoken-word) across 360 degrees of venue seating (All seating including Suites and Loge/Balcony), with auxiliary send to evenly cover Event Floor. Supply and install all necessary brackets and hardware to safely and securely hold equipment on the venue's Rigging Grid. Supply and Install all necessary wiring, including electrical and communication lines. (Existing wiring may be used at vendor's discretion.) Ensure system fully integrates with existing Soundboard and other equipment. Commissioning, start-up, and tuning of new system. Any and all equipment needed for installation (Man-lift, Crane, and/or Rigging Labor) Any and all permits necessary to perform Scope of work.
