The resulting contract from this RFP require the consultant to begin work by March 15, 2023 with construction set to commence in spring 2023. Procurement Process and Technical Questions: Joshua Jacobson, JJacobson@clackamas.us The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so and to waive any and all informalities in the public interest. In the award of the contract, the Board of Trustees will consider the element of time, will accept the proposal or proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of the Clackamas County Vector Control District and will reserve the right to award the contract to the prospective contractor whose proposal is deemed to be best for the public good. Clackamas County Vector Control District encourages proposals from Minority, Women, Veteran and Emerging Small Businesses The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
