The City of Davis, Turner Falls Park will accept sealed bids for a contract to manufacture six bunk house cabins. Each cabin will be 10 X 20 in size with 1 entry door, 3 windows, a 4 X 20 Trex Deck porch with Cedar posts, Hardi skirting around the cabin and deck with 4 built-in bunk beds. Cabins will be pre-wired and have a fuse box sufficient to support a mini split A/C unit, overhead lights and ceiling fan and a minimum of 10 electric outlets. Cabins will have a metal roof with commercial high-traffic quality flooring appropriate for intended use. Colors for roofing, siding and finishes to be decided upon bid award. Bid will include delivery and placement of cabins on buyer prepared sites.
