The City of Davis, Turner Falls Park will accept sealed bids for a contract to manufacture four 4-stall campground bathhouses. Bathhouses will be measure 12' X 24', have 1 entry door and contain 4 shower/toilet stalls. Bathhouse will provide 3 common use sinks, have a 4' X 24' Trex Deck porch with cedar posts. Cabin roof will be metal, siding will be 6 cedar log with commercial high-traffic flooring appropriate for the intended use. Shower stalls will be stainless steel and other shower/toilet room surfaces will be robust enough to stand up to cleaning via pressure washer. Bathhouses will be pre-wired and have a fuse box sufficient to support a mini split A/C unit, two water heaters, lighting and electrical outlets. Bid will include delivery and placement on buyer prepared site.
