Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Davis, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 44,800-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Davis, Turner Falls Park will accept sealed bids to contract for manufacture/construction of a 40' X 80' X 14' metal building with a lean-to attached on left 80' side. Building will have front and back walls enclosed, left and right walls closed. Lean to will be 14'X 80' X 10'. Two 12' X 12'garage doors with chain hoist on front wall and one 6' X 6' garage door on front wall. Left wall will have two 36" X 80" walk-in doors. Back wall will have three 6' X 6' garage doors.
