BC Assessment requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for its Nanaimo office located at 901-5800 Turner Road, Nanaimo, B.C. V9T 6J4. The space is 10,164 sq. ft. in area. BC Assessment works in a hybrid model, so although the office has 43 staff, there are typically no more than 30 people in the office each day. Janitorial services at this location are expected to start February 1, 2023 however this is subject to change at BC Assessment's discretion.
