Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,654-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a 1,780-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Scope of Work includes demolition and removal of an existing approximately 1,654 SF modular structure and construction of a new approximately 1,780 SF slab on grade classroom building consisting of two classrooms, a restroom and an office and associated landscaping. Bid bond is required. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bond for the project in its entirety to cover all labor & materials required to complete the project in its entirety as described by the contract documents. If a Bidder should want a paper copy of the Contract Documents, then the cost for the copy or copies is to be paid for by the Bidder and will not be reimbursed by Southwest Open School. All contractors and subcontractors involved in the project will to the extent practicable use Colorado products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of the project. Southwest Open School reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and or all bids.
