The pole barn is to be approximately 48' x 96', open ended with a minimum interior clear height of 14' at the perimeter. The work is to be completed no later than July 3, 2023. Pole Barn - The selected proposal must include supply and erection of a pole barn, open on all sides, with minimum inside dimensions of 48'x96', and a minimum interior clear height 14' at the perimeter. The entire floor space is to be open with no internal columns. The proposed structure must, in addition, be engineered and constructed in a manner that will allow for the open perimeter walls to be completed, and the structure fully enclosed without requiring substantial modification. A Schematic Design for the proposed Pole Barn must be included with the proposal. In addition to the pre-engineered structure, the proposal must include any and all temporary facilities, access ways, excavation, concrete work, backfill, and other work necessary to construct the structure and its foundation.
