Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the portal no later than 1 :00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, December 22, 2022. Questions submitted outside of portal will not be answered, The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney. The project consists of the replacement of approximately 1,820 l.f. of existing 8" sanitary sewer main on Linden Avenue and Forest Street from Michigan Street to Park Street including 6" sanitary laterals with inspection chambers and sanitary manholes. Also included is site restoration with resurfacing on Linden Avenue.
