Flintco Weitz, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, is seeking Firms qualified and capable of performing the Demolition of Adams Tower in association with the construction of the First Year Housing Project located on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. Interested Contractors are invited to respond to this Request for Qualification (RFQ) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the instructions, requirements and deadlines. All properly labeled SOQ's will be received at Flintco's OKC office or electronically at okcestimating@flintco.com and reviewed by the prequalification committee to determine which trade contractors will be allowed to bid this project.
