This award will be funded by Kent County's Community Development Block Grant. All tree cutting/clearing must be completed by March 31, 2023. 56 days to complete construction once work begins (does not include days needed for tree cutting/clearing). Construction must be substantially completed by May 31, 2023. The approximate quantities of the major items of work are: 1,170 SYD remove concrete sidewalk and concrete driveway 17,300 SFT 4" and 6" Concrete sidewalk 3,200 LF Lawn restoration 65 Ton HMA - Hand patch and driveways *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
