As of January 23, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. For furnishing all labor and materials for the project as shown on the drawings and specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Rates do apply to this project. Please double check the prevailing wage rates before submitting a bid. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. A pre-bid conference will be held on site on December 15, 2022 at 1:00pm. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
