The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08, effective October 28, 2022. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home.
