Disposal of leachate shall be in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and rules. Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting).
