All questions shall be directed, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM local time on January 19, 2023, to Elaine Marshall, Procurement Administrator, Frederick Community College at EMarshall@frederick.edu Frederick Community College (FCC) is seeking bids from qualified bidders for to provide a new power supply for data racks located in the FCC Cybersecurity Lab Server Expansion by providing a new 100 amp, 208/120V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 60Hz subpanel, fed from the penthouse of Building B, mounting a suspended aluminum raceway with receptacles in the lab, and providing all feeders as shown in drawing E101 (including notes) and provided trade specification sections. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in the solicitation. Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor and materials to provide a new power supply for data racks located in the FCC Cybersecurity Lab Server Expansion by providing a new 100 amp, 208/120V, 3- phase, 4-wire, 60Hz subpanel, fed from the penthouse of Building B, mounting a suspended aluminum raceway with receptacles in the lab, and providing all feeders as shown in drawing E101 (including notes) and provided trade specification sections. o Contractor will supply all materials, equipment and tools required to successfully complete this project. o The price quote/bid for the Electrical Upgrades for Cybersecurity Lab shall be based on the total contract price. o Unless otherwise negotiated, installation will take place during standard business hours. o Contractor shall clean up and remove all debris at the end of each shift. Refuse may not be disposed of in campus trash or dumpsters. o Power outages, if required, must be coordinated with the owner in advance. o Contractor is responsible for all debris recycling and disposal. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining security of stock through the end of the project and within project area. The College is not responsible for any damages that occur to materials during transit, delivery, storage, or installation.
