Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frederick, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project will allow the City of Frederick to mill & overlay West Patrick Street between the intersections of Market Street and South Jefferson Street. At a minimum the project will include: Removal of the existing surface asphalt, base materials, and curb & gutter (where necessary) Reconstruction to the City Standard for an arterial street Installation of new curb/gutter and ADA ramps (where necessary) Repair of storm drains, valve boxes as required Restriping in conformance with MUTCD and the City's Complete Streets Policy This project is in included in the City of Frederick FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 21, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
