Update:Phase 1: Secure full right of way, coordinate contributions and partners and supplement with CIP funds to design and construct an extension of East 5th street though the County lane corridor, from Pine Avenue to East Church Street. Phase 2: Improve 5th street from Pine Avenue west to North East Street to accommodate increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
