The cost of the bond will be included as part of the bidder's base-bid proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid and any combination of alternates or separate bid prices that, in their judgment will be in the best interest of Washington County School District.
