The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services for the following: The project consists of redesigning the entries to Harder Hall to comply with ADA requirements. This includes ramps, stairways, walkways and sitework. Underground utility replacement is anticipated at the location of ADA work. Construction of a vestibule at the Harder Hall entrance and minor interior renovation at the Harder Hall entrance is included. The project also includes the rebuilding of a retaining wall and repaving the parking area along Cushing Alley. Once registered, consultants will receive an email with the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the link to upload your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) at the submission deadline.
