Renovation of a swimming pool in Alfred Station, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: temporary pool infill. Complete a delegated design based on the report completed by Ryan Biggs Clark Davis Engineering for infilling the existing pool. Procurement, installation and associated work as per the delegated design to complete the infill of the existing pool. Finish floor covering will be supplied and installed by others. LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE & SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function for the "Orvis Student Activity Center Temporary Pool Infill Project at the Alfred State College of Technology, State University of New York." Bids shall be emailed to tim.frost@lechase.com.
