Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Scalamandre Construction is bidding a PLA/UNION contract for the modernization of vertical transportation and interior renovations at 1 Centre Street, New York, NY. The scope includes modernization and/or replacement of 32 elevators, upgraded elevator machine rooms, AC systems, Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems, ADA accessibility enhancements, and various interior improvements not directly associated with vertical transportation. Qualified NYC-certified Asian, Black & Hispanic MBE partners are sought for subcontracting opportunities in Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security, Fire Alarm, Steel, Historical Bronze Restoration, Windows, and Finish work. There is a PLA in place, and subcontractors should be registered in the NYC PassPort system. Minority owned sub-contracting goal is 30%.
