Site work for a civil project in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The scope of services applies to each of the three construction contracts (CP-1, CP-2, CP-3) for Construction Management Services for the Newtown Creek Combined Sewer Overflow Storage Tunnel, unless otherwise noted. Task 1 Project Management includes: - Providing project management services as required to support the administrative needs of the Project through the Design Phase. - Complying with the approval process for all Subconsultants. - Communicating regular progress updates and raising Project issues to DEP. - Being available to address DEP's requests and preparing summary documents as needed. - Providing a monthly status report on the progress of the Work as related to the applicable consent order milestones. - Preparing and submitting an Estimate at Completion each month. Deliverables include five monthly Estimate at Completion Reports. Anticipated Contract Start Date 7/1/2026 Anticipated Contract End Date 6/30/2042 Questions Due Date 9/12/2025 , Questions should be submitted in PASSPort All questions and requests for additional information concerning this Request for Proposals ("RFP") must be directed to the Authorized Agency Contact Person, through Online. The CM Consultant shall provide project management services as required to support the administrative needs of the Project through the Design Phase. Task 1.1.b Design Phase Estimate at Completion The CM Consultant shall prepare and submit an Estimate at Completion each month. Five (5) monthly Estimate at Completion Reports. A. Project Description The Department of Environmental Protection is constructing a 50-million-gallon tunnel for the storage and conveyance of combined sewer overflow (CSO) from four outfalls(BB-026, NCB-015, NCQ-077, and NCB-083) to the Newtown Creek Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) to reduce the volume of wastewater that overflows to the creek by approximately 70%. Newtown Creek is a federally designated Superfund site. This project is a result of the Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) for Newtown Creek. It is mandated under the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation CSO Order on Consent, with a mandated milestone for Substantial Completion in December 2040. This project includes the construction of a 3.25-mile tunnel, 80-120 feet below grade to reroute and store CSO during rainstorms. This will also include the construction of belowgrade sewer diversion structures and drop shafts for each outfall, a new Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station to send stored flow to the nearby Newtown Creek WRRF, and conveyance sewer lines. Estimted Range: $1,000,000 to $2,999,999 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. End date - Monday, June 30, 2042 Anticipated Contract Term: 5,843 consecutive calendar days
