Requirement Contract for Maintenance Painting of Apartments- Beach 41st Street Consolidation, located in Queens-Staten Island Neighborhood (QS03), Queens. The contract will be for a period of three years with the option for NYCHA to extend for up to two additional one-year renewals. NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of requirement contracts for Maintenance Painting of Apartments, each specific to different developments pursuant to different RFQ numbers. There are limitations on the number of contracts one contractor can be awarded from this series. Bidders must respond through NYCHA's Electronic Procurement system and include company details as specified. NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan requires submission of either a Utilization Plan or a Waiver at the appropriate time. Failure to do so may result in a bid being considered non-responsive. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans, and M/WBE Utilization Plan & Waiver must be submitted via eComply. Bidders must not include these documents within the bid submission via iSupplier. Depending on the value of the Contractor's Bid Adjustment Factor, there may be a requirement to enroll Authority residents as apprentices as specified in Section 3 (Apprenticeship Program) of the Special Notices and Conditions. Pre-qualification requirements: To be considered eligible for the award, a bidder must pre-qualify as an Approved Supplier via the NYCHA-Paint Pre-Qualification List (PQL) and appear on the active approved vendor list at https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/nycha-pql.page.
