The scope of work will remove the existing non-compliant stairs at the main entrance and provide a new 650 SF enclosed ADA accessible entrance addition including a lift. Also included are site modifications to the exterior of the building for ADA compliance to include concrete sidewalks. A planting bed and new main entry sign will also be provided. The existing slate vestibule floor will be removed and replaced. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
