Associated site improvements include concrete walkways, utilities, landscaping, parking, fire lines, accessible parking updates and associated path of travel upgrades. Each prospective MEP contractor holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with Marysville Joint Unified School District. Scope of Work - Selective Demolition - Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for a complete scope of work per plans and specifications. This scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: a. Provide all labor, material, and equipment for the Selective Demolition complete. Reference all design disciplines including, but not limited to, General, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Alarm for a complete demolition scope of work. b. Provide all excavation as necessary to remove existing concrete paving, asphalt paving, trees and associated roots, ball wall, fencing, planter wall, ramp, etc. c. Provide all excavation to remove existing utilities, piping, tanks, etc. d. Provide all excavation to remove existing DSA path of travel including hardscape, concrete, curb and gutter, retaining curb, asphalt, etc. e. Provide debris separation services, e.g., rebar, concrete, piping, etc. f. Provide all work barriers, hazard barriers, hazard signage, flaggers, and traffic control for Work of this Subcontract. g. Provide off-haul, and disposal to legal landfill location(s). Pay for all permitting and fees for same. h. Provide all legally-required notices of demolition operations to Authorities-Having-Jurisdiction. i. Include saw cutting and removal of concrete slabs as required for underground plumbing and electrical trenching and installation. Coordinate trench locations with plumbing subcontractor and Contractor. j. Include separate mobilization costs for construction phasing per construction phasing schedule. k. Coordinate removal, protection and storage of all items, materials, and equipment, to be returned to Owner or Contractor, and to be re-used and/or re-installed. l. Provide all necessary protection required for demolition procedures at the perimeter of the facility, including trees to remain in place. m. Ensure all construction and close out complies with DSA certified documents in order to obtain final DSA certification
