The Village of Sleepy Hollow seeks a qualified consultant to provide design, engineering, permitting, preparation of construction documents, bid analysis and construction administration services associated with the installation of green infrastructure and standard stormwater management infrastructure on the Peabody Preserve to reduce external nutrient loading and improve water quality in Fremont Pond.
