Elevator Modernization and Preventive Maintenance - Hamilton West No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening until after the lapse of sixty (60) days from the bid opening. Questions posed during the tour that are not addressed in the Solicitation will be answered by addendum. Home Forward has an established goal of 28% participation by Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) firms (possessing COBID or alternative certifications). Prime contractors who do not meet the 28% goal will be required to submit proof that good faith efforts have been made to contract with certified COBID subcontractors for work they do not intend to self-perform. This project is subject to State of Oregon BOLI Prevailing Wage Requirements currently in effect on this date of advertisement, December 16, 2022. Home Forward may reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, may reject any or all bids, and waive all informalities if doing so is determined by Home Forward to be in the public interest.
