The Douglas County School System is proud to announce a major upcoming project in the area of safety and security. The Douglas County School System is planning to replace its current security surveillance system with a state-of-the-art system utilizing advanced technology available on todays market. Vendors and agents are invited to produce information regarding systems they are able to produce, install and warranty which would help us to continue to make all students and staff safe. The Douglas County School District, with this document, hereby requests proposals from qualified Respondents to adequately prepare and submit a Response for the production, installation and warranty of a new District wide Security Surveillance System. The Douglas County School District is requesting proposals from licensed, experienced, qualified firms to provide and install a new security surveillance system for the Douglas County School District It will be the responsibility of the Respondent to provide all required components for the production, installation and warranty of a state-of-the-art security surveillance system for the Douglas County School District. The Douglas County School District reserves the right to waive technicalities, to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity in proposals received, to award the entire proposal to one Respondent or to multiple Respondents or to make awards by group or location, whichever is in the best interest of the Douglas County School District; hereafter referred to as DCSD, except where noted for clarity.
