This project is subject to adherence to an in-water work window. The typical permitted in-water work window for this location is November 1 to February 28 but CREST is requesting a variance to begin construction on July 15th, 2023. In an effort to access the site during the driest working conditions, we are requiring the work be completed within the following schedule: Mobilization: no later than July 10th, or five days before the first day of the permitted inwater work window, whichever is earlier. Completion of in-water work: no later than the final day of the permitted in-water work window, presumed to be September 15st, 2023. Demobilization: no later than October 15th, 2023. South Tongue Point Habitat Improvement Project Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) invites the submission of proposals by companies with demonstrated skills and experience relating to riparian and tidal habitat restoration for a project located in the City of Astoria, in Clatsop County, Oregon.
