Enquiries Deadline 2023-01-10 5:00:00 PM The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, BC Parks is seeking services required to modernize both technical and non-technical components of the following Key Document Sets: BC Parks Facility Standards: Last significantly updated in 2005 with the goal of ensuring consistent and efficient facility design, construction, operation, and maintenance processes. The current standards include specifications and plans for 26 key facilities (e.g., picnic tables, fire rings, gates, information shelters, pit toilets, etc.). The standards are intended to be read with the BC Parks Design Guideline. BC Parks Design Guideline: Produced in 1996 with the goal of identifying design criteria, planning and project execution processes for BC Parks staff to ensure sustainable and appropriate park recreation facilities (e.g., campgrounds, trails, structures, etc.). This design guideline is a single 144-page document intended to be read with the BC Parks Facility Standard. This is a multi-year opportunity where a Contract for services will be awarded for the fiscal period ending March 31st, 2023. Based on Contractor's satisfactory performance, funding availability, and at the Province's sole discretion a new contract may be awarded for continued project activities. The Province intends to award a Contract to the highest ranked Proponent through this RFP. All Proposals that have met all mandatory requirements and minimum scores will be ranked.
